Today, we talk to Youmie Jean Francois, the founder and CEO of Flex-n-Fly, a travel wellness company that provides stretching, meditation, and yoga classes at the airport before any international or domestic flights.
Born in Haiti and raised in New York City, Youmie is an avid traveler who had the idea for Flex-n-Fly while waiting for a plan in Morocco. Youmie created the Flex-n-Fly programs to ensure travelers have peace amid stress and anxiety before traveling.
In this episode, Youmie shares her journey in building Flex-n-Fly and the importance of emotional and mental wellness while embarking on your creative entrepreneurial journey.
